In no event will Wer be liable to you (or anyone claiming through you) for loss profit, business interruption, business consequential damages, indirect or punitive expenses.

8. Indemnification. You agree that by accessing or using BetVictor Casino services, you will indemnify and hold harmless Wer from any claim brought against it resulting in direct or indirect consequence of your actions on the platform including those related to breach of these terms or any applicable law.

9. Modification, Suspension, Termination. Wer may modify suspend terminate its service at any time without prior notice, with no liability attached for this decision except that where required by a jurisdiction's mandatory consumer protection laws such termination should be done in accordance with their guidelines.
